• 5 dates
• 2tbs of peanut butter
• 5 Brazil nuts
• a small handful of dried berries
Blend up the dates until they are mushy. Crush up the nuts with a rolling pin in a plastic bag, then mix all the ingredients together with a Woden spoon, once the mixture is combined mould into small balls, the mixture should make around 8.
